Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an SAP IS Retail Senior Functional Consultant to lead design, enhancements and end-to-end delivery. You will translate complex business needs into scalable SAP IS Retail solutions, coordinating with offshore teams to ensure quality and alignment with business goals.

With over a decade of SAP experience, you will own requirements, WRICEF specifications, testing and ongoing optimization across multiple formats and markets, while enabling organizational change and knowledge

Qualifications

• 10+ years implementing SAP with at least 7 years in SAP IS Retail.
• Strong knowledge of IS Retail master data and processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions with design rigor.
• Experience coordinating with offshore development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, enhancements, and end-to-end SAP IS Retail delivery.
• Translate requirements into scalable SAP functionality.
• Create functional specifications and WRICEF artefacts.
• Coordinate offshore teams and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Perform unit and integration testing and support UAT.
• Drive continuous improvement and change management.
• Provide 3rd-level SAP functional support across regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions.
