• Experience leading end-to-end planning and cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability with ERP/planning tools and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead North America Demand & Supply Planning to forecast, plan, and schedule.
• Facilitate demand planning with forecasting and alignment with Commercial and Finance.
• Own regional supply planning, capacity planning, inventory deployment, and replenishment.
• Translate demand plans into executable supply plans across networks.
• Lead monthly IBP/S&OP processes aligning plans with financial targets.
• Drive inventory optimization and supplier risk mitigation across the network.
• Mentor planning professionals and lead Lean/Continuous Improvement efforts.
