Implicity, a digital MedTech company, seeks a Customer Success Manager for North America to onboard clients, scale remote cardiac monitoring programs, and be the main liaison across Sales, Product, and Clinical teams.

You will drive adoption, monitor success metrics, and guide customers through integrations while traveling up to 20% across North America. This role emphasizes reducing churn and building strong clinician relationships.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare technology, customer success, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in customer success/onboarding, preferably in medical device or healthcare.
• Familiarity with remote cardiac monitoring or cardiology-related tech is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Airtable) and collaboration tools (Slack, Notion).

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients and train them on Implicity’s remote monitoring platform.
• Foster relationships, provide ongoing support, and scale customer programs.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to align on needs and roadmap feedback.
• Monitor NPS, adoption trends, and churn risk; drive best practices for onboarding.
• Lead customer-specific projects and manage cross-functional teams; travel as needed.
