Amazon Web Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking the Head of North America Consulting Marketing to lead partner marketing strategy and programs for global system integrators, national resellers and consulting partners in US and Canada.

This role develops data-driven ABM and partner marketing programs to drive demand and revenue, managing partner coverage and MDF planning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building and leading large marketing teams, with a proven ability

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
• Experience managing teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
• Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute NAMER Consulting Partner Marketing plan (ABM, MDF, demand gen).
• Create joint partner marketing plans to help partner growth with customers.
• Hire and develop NAMER Consulting partner marketing professionals.
• Align with field and global marketing for unified strategy and ABM.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to drive opportunities and pipeline.
• Coordinate with extended marketing teams to run partner-led programs.
• Share best practices with AWS Marketing teams.
• Set goals, measure, and report outcomes to stakeholders.
