Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking a Compensation Business Partner in Chicago to design, implement, and advise on North America compensation programs. You will partner with People Managers, HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to scale Total Rewards across the NA workforce.

The role requires deep technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence senior leaders, including oversight of annual cycles and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards.
• Experience designing compensation structures and scaling programs in high-growth environments.
• Experience with U.S. and Canadian market pay and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advise on compensation strategies and pay programs across North America.
• Design and implement base salary, variable pay, equity, and incentives.
• Lead benchmarking, market analyses, and pay positioning for U.S. and Canada.
• Support job architecture evolution and compensation frameworks for critical talent.
• Oversee annual compensation cycles including merit increases and bonuses.
