Opella is seeking a Senior Director NA Brand R&D Lead in Morristown to drive end-to-end innovation for North America allergy and sleep brands. You will translate science into consumer-ready products and partner with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Medical to fuel growth.

With 10+ years in R&D, you’ll shape long-term portfolios, manage external partnerships, and mentor teams while embedding sustainability and access into product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field is required.
• 10+ years of R&D experience leading innovation pipelines.
• Experience delivering consumer health product development across regulatory pathways.

Responsabilités

• Define R&D strategy for brands and lead end-to-end NA Allergy and Sleep initiatives.
• Drive the innovation pipeline, new formulations, claims, clinical studies and packaging.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and Medical to deliver launches.
• Develop patent strategies and leverage external partnerships for differentiation.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure on-time project execution.
