Job summary

Coach is seeking an Allocation Analyst for North America Collection Small Leather Goods and Specialty to own inventory allocations across +500 SKUs. You will manage store and ecommerce splits, balance allocations across DCs, and develop back-in-stock strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, experience with allocation systems, and solid MS Excel capability, with a bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–2 years allocation experience preferred.
• 2 years advanced MS Excel preferred.
• Experience with allocation and reporting systems/databases preferred (e.g. Micro-strategy, Tableau, Alteryx, Apollo, AllocateSmart, SAP)

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage inventory levels at distribution and store levels across +500 seasonal SKUs.
• Create and utilize allocation strategies to impact top-down and bottom-up financials.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure information accuracy and share best practices.
• Own allocation and hindsight analysis for specialty initiatives (Coach Create, customization).
• Interface with Center of Excellence to understand store inventory, capacity, and product flow.
• Detail-oriented; manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and critical-thinking to resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively with core team and cross-functional partners.
