Job summary

Coach Allocation Analyst in North America Collection Small Leather Goods and Specialty will own and optimize inventory allocations across distribution centers and stores, balancing stock for over 500 seasonal SKUs. You will collaborate with Buying, Finance, and Store teams to drive top-line growth and minimize markdowns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with allocation and reporting systems and databases (i.e. Micro-strategy, Tableau, Alteryx, Apollo, AllocateSmart, SAP).
• 1-2 years of previous Allocation experience (preferred).
• 2 years of advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage inventory levels at distribution and store levels across +500 seasonal SKUs.
• Create and utilize allocation strategies to impact top-down and bottom-up financial results for Women’s Small Leather Goods and Specialty.
• Collaborate with peers to ensure data accuracy and share best practices across teams.
• Own allocation and hindsight analysis for specialty initiatives, driving learnings to evolve strategies and improve results.
• Interface with Center of Excellence to manage store inventory, capacity, and product flow.
