Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house founded in New York, seeks a Collection Allocation Analyst for North America Small Leather Goods and Specialty. You will own allocation, manage inventory splits across DCs, and drive back-in-stock strategies through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of allocation experience, strong Excel, and experience with Tableau, Alteryx, and SAP. Hybrid work arrangements in the US are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience with allocation and reporting systems and databases is preferred (i.e. Micro-strategy, Tableau, Alteryx, Apollo, AllocateSmart, SAP).
• 1-2 years of Allocation experience preferred.
• 2 years of advanced MS Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage inventory levels across distribution and stores.
• Create allocation strategies impacting top-down and bottom-up financial results.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and process consistency.
• Own allocation analysis for specialty initiatives and learnings to evolve strategy.
