Job summary

Coach is seeking an Allocation Analyst to optimize inventory for Coachtopia and new key initiatives, aligning buying strategies with cross-functional partners. You will analyze distribution and store levels, partner with Planning to communicate allocation plans, and support system improvements to boost productivity.

A bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years’ experience with allocation systems (AllocateSmart, MicroStrategy, SAP) are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
1–2 years of experience with allocation and reporting systems (AllocateSmart, MicroStrategy & SAP).
Advanced MS Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Analyze inventory levels at both distribution and store levels.
Develop and implement allocation strategies for Coachtopia and new initiatives.
Collaborate with Planning Partners to align buying strategies and communicate plans cross-functionally.
Support allocation-related projects, systems adoption, and process improvements to boost productivity.
