Job summary

Recovery Centers of America (RCA) in Indiana seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our behavioral health and addiction treatment team. You will assess patients, administer medications, collaborate with RNs/physicians, and educate patients and families about recovery.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of behavioral health/addiction treatment experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and patient assessment skills.
• Knowledge of detox processes and DSM criteria preferred.
• Competency in performing CLIA waived testing.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health by evaluating physiological and behavioral health, monitor vital signs and treatment response.

What We're Looking For

• An active LPN license in [state]
• A current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation).
• One year of experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or detox services is preferred; phlebotomy skills preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills to provide high-quality patient care.
• Knowledge of health care, detoxification process, addiction, co-occurring disorders, and DSM Criteria preferred.
• Competency in performing CLIA waived testing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to compassionate patient care.
