Job summary

Recovery Centers of America in Indiana is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care in addiction and behavioral health settings. The role requires current Indiana LPN license, BLS, and a willingness to support patients across shifts.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Indiana
• Current BLS certification or willingness to obtain during orientation
• One year of experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or detox services preferred
• Phlebotomy skills preferred
• Strong critical thinking and assessment skills for high-quality patient care
• Knowledge of health care, detoxification, addiction, co-occurring disorders, and DSM criteria preferred
• Competency in CLIA waived testing
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Salary: Based on Experience

Bonus: $5,000K Sign-on for NOC

Schedule: Days 7am - 730 pm OR NOC 7pm - 7:30 am

What You’ll Do

As an LPN at RCA, you will:
