Pilgrim’s in Moorefield, West Virginia is seeking a Night Shift Maintenance Machine Adjuster. The role involves setting up machines for different cuts, adjusting equipment, performing daily maintenance, greasing blades, and maintaining production logs.

Must be able to lift 85 lbs, work in extreme temperatures, and be available for holidays and weekends. Strong teamwork and safety focus are essential for this position.

Position Summary : The individual selected for this position will assume all duties of Machine Adjuster.

• Must be able to work well with others, communication with others, and have good decision-making ability.
• Desire to be part of a proactive, motivated maintenance team.
• Machine adjuster will set up machines for different cuts, making adjustments to the machine, performing regular daily maintenance, greasing machine, sharpen blades.
• Must be able to lift 85 lbs. and be able to work at high heights.
• Must be able to do administrative duties and records, ie (P.M’s, logs, etc.)
• Must be able to work in extreme temperatures and humidity.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and possibly have to work different shifts (day, evening, or night).
• Prefer at least two years’ experience. Must complete a successful background check.
• Other duties as directed.
