Job summary

Data Quest Ltd. is seeking reliable Mystery Shopping Auditors to assess a Portsmouth RI grocery store, including customer service, store cleanliness, and shopping experience. Auditors may shop in-store, order online, or test curbside and home delivery as part of evaluations.

Selected individuals will register, request assignments, and work as their schedule allows. Compensation is per assignment with eligible reimbursements; no minimum commitment is required.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce clear, objective reports.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability in following assignment instructions.
• Ability to remain confidential and impartial in evaluations.
• Previous mystery shopping experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer service, employee interactions, store cleanliness, product availability, and overall shopping experience.
• Complete assignments across Rhode Island and throughout New England as available.
• Submit accurate, timely reports based on each assignment’s guidelines.
