Job summary

Todyl, Inc. in Augusta, GA is seeking a Detection & Response Account Manager I to lead MXDR engagements for partners. You will act as a subject matter expert in detection and response, investigations, and threat hunting, serving as the main contact for MXDR items and incidents.

This role reports to the MXDR Director and may be based in Augusta or Denver, joining an in-office team dedicated to protecting partners and customers 24x7.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in security operations, detection and response, or threat hunting.
• Industry certifications such as GCIA, GCIH, GCED, OSCP or comparable credentials.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, and network security platforms (Elastic, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne).
• Strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework and incident response best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills; able to explain technical issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Drive improvements to partners’ security posture through security operations expertise.
• Collaborate in team environments with focus on learning and humility.
• Develop new customer capabilities and automate security operations via projects.
• Design and implement advanced threat detection and incident response with MXDR team.
• Serve as a trusted technical resource to partners before, during, and after security events.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity.
