Job summary

The Campaign Finance Board (City of New York) is seeking an Analyst CFB AL 2/3 to oversee MWBE programs and promote diversity in public contracting. You will ensure compliance with regulations, build relationships with MWBE vendors, and drive participation through data-driven reporting.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with the Mayor’s MWBE Office, and manage contract registrations and vendor evaluations, aligning with Local Law 63 and audit standards as part of advancing open and equitable

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PPB Rules, Comptroller Directives, and related procurement laws.
• Experience with MWBE programs and NYC procurement processes.
• Ability to analyze contracts, spend data and MWBE utilization metrics.
• Excellent communication, writing, and inter-personal skills.
• Experience with MWBE program implementation and annual utilization plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement MWBE programs to increase participation in contracting opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal MWBE regulations.
• Build and maintain relationships with MWBE vendors and community groups.
• Collaborate with CFB divisions to promote MWBE engagement and policy development.
• Maintain MWBE documentation per Local Law 63 and audit standards.
• Prepare regular reports on MWBE participation metrics for leadership.
• Provide training to staff and external stakeholders on MWBE requirements.
• Lead RFPs and other procurements; oversee contract registrations and evaluations.
• Supervise staff and coordinate related projects.
