Arizona Department of Transportation in Cottonwood, AZ is seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR 1 and CSR 3) to handle inquiries, process documents, and support MVD operations. The roles involve answering calls, verifying information, and assisting with policy interpretations within ADOT guidelines.

Responsibilities include reviewing applications, preparing responses, and coordinating with other units.

Formación

• Knowledge of or ability to learn ADOT and MVD rules, regulations, processes, and procedures.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
• Ability to learn ARS Title 28, AZ Administrative Code, and MVD policies.

Responsabilidades

• Answer, screen and transfer inbound calls and emails; perform general admin tasks.
• Research and interpret MVD policies to resolve problems and answer inquiries.
• Create electronic records and handle document review for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with multiple units and agencies to support MVD processes.
