Qualificações

• Must have valid Montana driver s license (required).
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication in English.
• Accurate and efficient computer skills using Windows-based applications.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a structured team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Process motor vehicle transactions in a fast, accurate, and professional manner.
• Assist customers with drivers licenses, titles, registrations, notary services, and other MVD transactions.
• Conduct road tests as required.
• Obtain, verify, and review identifications and documentation for authenticity and completeness.
• Accurately complete forms and collect applicable fees.
• Maintain compliance with MVD policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Safeguard confidential and sensitive customer information.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
• Work effectively in a structured, team-oriented environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
