Job summary

Eaton in Arden, NC is seeking an MVCA Associate Product Manager to join our North America team. You will support the MVCA product line strategy, engage customers, develop roadmaps, and assist in new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll gain exposure to product management, technical marketing, and cross-functional leadership while helping drive growth across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering or related field.
• Minimum three years in operations engineering, sales engineering, or technical marketing in electrical industry.
• Knowledge of MV/medium voltage systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support MVCA product line strategy and 1–5 year outlook.
• Collect VOC data to drive product roadmap and new releases.
• Develop and improve business processes and tools for MVCA growth.
• Create customer-facing collateral: specs, brochures, videos.
• Collaborate with design engineering, sales, marketing, operations and supply chain.
