Job summary

Integrated Power Services seeks a Project Manager for the MV Capture team to coordinate customer orders, lead project schedules, and serve as the main contact for customers and suppliers across North America. You will align with engineering, manufacturing, and OEM partners to craft proposals and ensure successful, on-time delivery.

The role requires 5-7 years of technical PM experience with AC/DC motors, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office; CAD skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of technical project/program management experience with AC & DC motors.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design and wiring diagrams (an asset).
• Project management certification, such as PMP or CAPM (an asset).
• Must be able to travel 25-30% of the time throughout North America.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal coordinator and processor of all customer orders.
• Primary contact for internal/external customers and suppliers.
• Analyze requirements, prepare proposals, and define scope, cost, and lead times.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with key milestones.
• Coordinate with manufacturing facilities and OEM partners to monitor production.
• Oversee FAT, witness testing, and customer inspections; ensure on-schedule delivery.
