Job summary

ABB is seeking an onsite production worker in the Pinetops, NC facility to support the assembly of products on the shop floor. You will read and interpret technical diagrams to assemble panels and systems, performing manual work with light tools and following SOPs to ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities include assembling units end-to-end, conducting quality tests, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets technical diagrams/instructions for assembly
• Able to perform assembly of products/systems/panels
• Follows standard operating procedures and maintains a clean work area
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required

Responsibilities

• Assemble semi-finished or final products/systems/panels, including packing when integrated with lines
• Work manually or with light hand tools
• Carry out regular quality testing as part of the production process
• Operate in accordance with safety and SOPs
