Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent).
• 2–8 years of relevant industry experience on engineered equipment projects.
• Working knowledge of medium-voltage motors or large industrial rotating equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications and docs.
• Strong project organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work across technical, manufacturing, commercial, and customer teams.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% for site visits and customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned medium-voltage motor projects from order to final acceptance.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and partners.
• Identify risks and roadblocks; drive timely resolutions with relevant teams.
• Provide regular status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support customer-witnessed testing at TIC or partner facilities.
• Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with budget and margins.
