Job Title: Mutual Funds Specialist (Transfer Agent)
Location: Milwaukee, WI 53202
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite during training; converts to Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) post-training
Duration: Contract through December 2026 (potential extension into 2027; FTE conversion expected)
Overtime: Optional / Available

• Training Period: Approximately 8 weeks
• Training Schedule: Monday - Friday (5 days/week fully onsite), 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM (includes two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch)
• Post-Training Shifts: Multiple shifts available, such as:
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

As Transfer Agent, we act as liaison and provide service to over 200 mutual fund/alternative investment companies and their shareholders.
