Job summary

U.S. Bank's Mutual Funds Processing team seeks a Custody Operations Analyst 3 to support trading and processing across mutual fund trading, money market trading, new account setup, and corrections processing.

The role centers on timely, detail-driven tasks and risk-aware handling of WCIB client accounts. You will work with Legal and Risk partners to ensure operational requirements are met, oversee new account setups, and drive process improvements while supporting leadership in the team’s daily

Qualifications

Three years or more of related experience.
Knowledge of custody operations and related regulatory requirements.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage mutual fund and money market agreement reviews, amendments, and due diligence questionnaires.
Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and stakeholders to ensure operational requirements are addressed.
Oversee mutual fund new account setups, process trade corrections, and resolve operational exceptions.
Identify process improvements, mitigate operational risk, and drive issue resolution.
Lead team projects and cross-functional efforts, while collaborating with management.
Provide leadership support and backup to the manager to maintain workflow continuity.
