Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years working with youth with behavioral/emotional issues and disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Adapts lesson plans and activities to individuals’ ability and treatment needs.
• Ensures supplies are available, in good working condition and safe.
• Identifies and links residents with community resources.
• Forms an assessment of prioritized treatment issues based on gathered information.
• Forms a behavioral, measurable treatment plan and tracks changes.
• Demonstrates awareness of outside resources relevant to the population served.
• Maintains required records (monthly calendar, weekly schedule, progress reports, assessments).
• Assists in transporting clients as required.
• Follows agency guidelines.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
