You will assist customers by phone or email, build lasting relationships, and stay current with new product releases while providing technical support and handling exchanges, returns, and warranty claims.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with modular synthesis.
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• Experience using hardware synthesizers and samplers.
• Experience using Pro Audio / Recording Gear.
• Proficient with DAW software and plugins.
• Familiarity with both Mac and PC.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone or email.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Keep up to date with new product releases and industry news.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries or product issues.
