Job summary

The International School of Music seeks a dependable and personable Program Coordinator to support our community and inspire a love for the arts through music instruction. This role focuses on student services, scheduling, and data integrity.

You will coordinate instructors’ schedules, manage our database, assist with recitals, and handle inquiries from students and families in the Washington DC metropolitan area; the position is full-time and team-oriented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Strong organization and time-management under deadlines.
• Proficient with databases and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain instructors’ schedule and lessons, including student-teacher matchups, scheduling, and registrations.
• Oversee our database to include reporting, attendance, and student records
• Organize and host semi-annual recitals and other community performances.
• Perform accurate data-entry into web-based database
• Handle client walk-in inquiries, phone calls, emails
