Duetti is seeking a Royalty Data Specialist to transform raw royalty statements into reliable, actionable data. You will work with Engineering, Research, Investment, Finance, and Product to improve processing, automate workflows with Python, and enhance data quality across the organization.

The role blends analytics, operations, and process improvement in a high-impact, hybrid setting with healthcare coverage and flexible PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field as listed.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality.
• Experience handling large datasets and anomaly detection.
• Ability to balance accuracy with speed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Willingness to own projects and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate, and process royalty statements from major distributors and DSPs.
• Investigate inconsistencies, missing information, and data quality issues.
• Transform complex financial reports into standardized datasets used company-wide.
• Build Python tools to automate repetitive workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve processing speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Research, Investment, Finance, and Product teams.
• Monitor operational metrics and recommend improvements.
• Help design new workflows as Duetti scales.
