Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience building production web applications end to end.
• Direct experience with healthcare billing, claims, or revenue cycle management.
• Strong backend and data engineering instincts; products ingest, process, transform, and serve data.

Responsibilities

• Build the connections that move billing data between practice management systems, cloud data warehouse, and clearinghouses.
• Keep connections reliable by hardening integrations and building monitoring, alerting, and observability.
• Build customer-facing billing dashboards, worklists, and workflows for revenue cycle management.
• Automate claims and denials lifecycle with rule-based automation and self-serve tooling.
• Own quality across the board with thorough tests, debugging production issues, and safe, observable code.
