Job summary

Duet is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to own the data pipelines that power our platform. You9;ll build new EHR and clearinghouse integrations, harden reliability, and work with product and engineering to ensure timely, accurate data for clinicians and operations.

This role requires 5+ years in integration or related fields, strong Python skills, and experience running production data pipelines with observability and on-call readiness. Hybrid NYC work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an integration engineer, software engineer, or related discipline.
• Strong Python programming skills; production-grade backend code.
• Experience building and operating production data pipelines with monitoring and incident response.
• Builder mentality with end-to-end ownership in small teams.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex integration issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build new EHR and clearinghouse integrations with FHIR, HL7v2, and EDI standards.
• Own integration reliability with observability, alerting, and automated recovery.
• Design and maintain data pipelines ingesting and delivering data to the warehouse.
• Collaborate with product to power data-driven features with timely data delivery.
• Define and document integration standards for future engineers.
