Job summary

Guitar Center in Riverside, California (Store 134) is hiring an Operations Associate. You will handle shipping and receiving, inventory tasks, cycle counting, stocking to planogram, and signage to create a great in-store experience.

Ideal candidates have basic Microsoft Office skills, can work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours, weekends/holidays/evenings, and can lift up to 40 lbs. Guitar Center offers medical/dental/vision, 401K with match, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Tasks related to inventory control
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items
• Cycle Counting of Inventory (preparation and execution)
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram
• Printing and placing of signage and price signs (POP)
• Shrink awareness and control
• Additional duties as assigned
