Job summary

Chesapeake Music seeks a motivated Arts Management Intern to join a small team and contribute to mission-driven projects from marketing to events. The internship is part-time (5-15 hours per week, total up to 120 hours) with a focus on gaining hands-on experience in arts administration.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in high school or college/trade school/university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in music, education, and arts administration.
• Some related experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and project tasks under ED and Consulting Arts PM.
• Support marketing, development, event coordination, and education efforts.
• Communicate project progress regularly and meet deadlines.
• Represent Chesapeake Music as an ambassador during the internship.
