Studio in a School is seeking an Associate Manager to plan and implement the Bloomberg Arts Internship: College program across seven cities, focusing on career readiness and arts engagement. The role requires strong organization and collaboration with interns, schools, and partners in NYC and beyond.

The Associate Manager will supervise seasonal staff, coordinate onboarding, and support program evaluation. Hybrid work and travel within NYC and additional cities are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in arts administration, education, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with program coordination and comprehensive understanding of career development.
• Proficiency using project management or workflow software (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Google Workspace, MS 365 including Microsoft Planner, Monday.com or Trello).
• Proficiency using data management programs, including Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement the paid internship program across seven cities.
• Coordinate program timelines, workplans, and workshops.
• Lead hiring for part-time seasonal staff and onboarding processes.
• Support program evaluation data collection and reporting.
• Ensure smooth year-round program operations and field visits.
• Coordinate outreach and recruitment materials for interns and worksites.
