Responsibilities

• Answering basic directional questions
• Directing patrons to the on-line catalog
• Referring reference questions to a full-time staff member
• Searching for missing items & pulling interlibrary loan materials
• Checking items in and out
• Shelving materials
• Answering and transferring telephone calls
• Shelf-reading, shelf straightening, and special projects
