Job summary

Guitar Center is hiring a Lessons Advisor to support and grow the Lessons program by handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating lesson schedules, and delivering excellent customer service. This role may be performed in a hybrid, remote, or on-site environment, based on business needs and eligibility.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication and customer service skills, comfort with multiple systems, and a passion for music.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for Guitar Center Lessons.
• Promote Guitar Center Lessons to customers and prospects.
• Schedule lessons with instructors based on availability.
• Research students and instructors for placement accuracy.
• Manage lesson-related cases and inquiries.
• Stay updated on processes, systems, and brand standards.
• Document customer interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with store teams and internal partners.
