Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Coordinator of Gaming & Digital Partnerships to drive growth in gaming and digital media for top artists. You will identify opportunities, manage partnerships, and coordinate campaigns from pitch to execution.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in gaming, entertainment, or partnerships, deep industry knowledge, strong communication, and superb organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid NYC office; competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in gaming, entertainment, talent representation, marketing, or partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of the gaming ecosystem, including publishers, platforms, creators, and trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify partnership opportunities across gaming, technology, social, livestreaming, and digital media.
• Coordinate partnership opportunities from pitch through execution; manage timelines and approvals.
• Assist with contract routing, deal tracking, invoicing, and campaign recaps.
• Collaborate with managers, agents, marketers, and external stakeholders to ensure successful campaigns.
