You will direct the traditional choir, lead praise team and congregational singing, manage rehearsals and services, and oversee the music ministry budget while coordinating with pastoral staff.

• Agreement with and adherence to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000
• Strong working knowledge of music, including vocal leadership and basic music direction

The ideal candidate will be of like mind with our congregation, affirm the Baptist Faith and Message 2000, and demonstrate a growing, personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. This individual will lead and develop a music ministry that supports worship through a blend of traditional hymns and biblically sound contemporary songs.
