Qualifications

• Bartending knowledge and experience for events.
• Valid ABC license required.
• Driver's license helpful for transportation.
• Experience in food service is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to stand 3–5 hours and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with set up and break down of equipment during special events.
• Serve as a special events bartender for private and public events.
• Pull bar products for events and track usage with catering staff.
• Provide friendly, attentive guest service throughout events.
• Interact with guests and support museum clients to enhance the experience.
• Maintain sanitary conditions and proper recycling during events.
• Follow safety procedures for staff, guests, and vendors.
• Collaborate with caterers and vendors to meet museum guidelines.
• Address issues during events promptly and professionally.
• Support internal and external events across departments.
