Job summary

ASM Global is seeking a Bartender to provide high-quality service during events. You will set up beverage locations, handle cash, enforce liquor laws, verify inventory, and ensure cleanliness and safety. The role requires friendly, efficient customer service and adherence to ASM Global procedures.

The position is part-time, on-call, non-exempt, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required. Must hold NM Alcohol Server’s Permit and be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must hold a New Mexico Alcohol Server’s Permit.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up and service beverage locations.
• Handle cash accurately.
• Enforce liquor laws and verify liquor inventory.
• Maintain sanitation and safety in the work area.
• Provide pleasant, efficient service to customers.
• Follow established bar procedures and POS pricing.
• Ask for identification for alcohol purchases.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Food Service Manager.
