The role oversees front-line security, guards exhibits, and coordinates staff scheduling for events, with a focus on safety, customer service, and policy compliance.

The CPSS ensures training, incident resolution, and effective communication with management while maintaining security posture across campus and off-site facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with security and life safety systems preferred.
• Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general security and customer service to the University community.
• Lead front-line security officers and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Evaluate performance of security officers and provide coaching.
