Responsibilities

• Provides daily closing procedures and security checks of museum buildings and grounds.
• Manages crowd control, traffic control, and parking for programs and events.
• Interacts with visitors by answering questions and delivering customer service.
• Performs routine safety and security inspections of museum areas and exhibits.
• Completes incident, accident, and security reports and submits documentation.
• Performs custodial duties to keep public areas clean and assists with event setup/breakdown.
