GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to greet visitors, maintain a secure yet welcoming environment, and provide friendly guest support at a high-profile site in the Greater Los Angeles Area, CA. The role emphasizes strong people skills, observation, and attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring safety and exceptional guest experiences.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $21, with Swing shifts available (full-time and part-time).

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• BSIS Guard Card with 32hr security trainings (can be obtained during hiring)
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Strong report writing skills

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional manner
• Provide a welcoming and professional security presence across the venue
• Assist with directions, inquiries, and visitor support
• Document observed events and incidents with detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or threats and coordinate emergency teams
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and protect property and exhibits
• Manage ingress and egress for guests and employees
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Collaborate with law enforcement in emergencies
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
• Collaborate with site management and security team for site safety

Responsibilities Of Concierge Security Guard

• Greet and assist visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide a welcoming and professional presence across the venue
• Assist with directions, general inquiries, and visitor support
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats and coordinate emergency teams
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and protect property and exhibits
• Control ingress and egress for both guests and employees
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Collaborate with site management and the security team to ensure site safety

Qualifications of a Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Customer service experience not required but welcomed (hospitality, hotel, corporate lobby, theme park, or similar. We want you!)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Maintain Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Strong report writing skills
• Good eyesight and excellent abilities to maintain focus
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
