Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses machine.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures cleanliness.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment and maintains sanitation.
• Adheres to safety procedures and safety standards.
• Maintains correct temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety rules.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet sanitation standards.
• Cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators and prep surfaces.
• Transports supplies between storage and work areas; helps load/unload.
