Responsibilities

• Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen and work areas in clean and sanitary condition.
• Washes pots, pans, trays and determines appropriate cleaning procedures.
• Polishes silverware as required and maintains sanitation standards.
• Keeps dish area orderly and safe, and ensures proper handling of chemicals and temperatures.
• Assists with loading/unloading supplies and equipment as needed.
