Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and orient museum visitors with a cheerful and friendly approach.
• Sell admission tickets, planetarium tickets, memberships, and other revenue-generating items.
• Answer phones in a professional and pleasant manner and transfer calls to staff.
• Maintain front-line areas to ensure a professional and organized appearance.
• Accurately reconcile the cash drawer at the start and end of the shift.
• Provide information and assist with program registrations and reservations.
