Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Blackbaud, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Assist in monitoring expenses against budget.
• Support audit processes, including preparation of schedules and documentation for external auditors.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and program staff to ensure proper accounting treatment of revenue and expenses.
