The National WWII Museum is seeking a Custodial and Event Setup Supervisor who reports to the Senior Facilities and Event Setup Manager. This role performs daily and nightly duties, supervises custodial staff, and helps with event setup and cleanup to ensure a clean, safe environment for guests.

You will train staff, monitor quality, maintain supplies, and enforce safety procedures in alignment with OSHA standards, especially during high visitor periods and after special events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent) required.
• Good written and verbal communication; basic email skills.
• Minimum 2 years experience in custodial, housekeeping, or related work.
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures and products.
• Familiarity with custodial equipment maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of audio/visual equipment is helpful.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Willingness to work overtime during events or heavy visitation periods.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily and nightly custodial tasks and event setup.
• Supervise, train staff in custodial duties and event setup.
• Ensure supplies and safety guidelines are followed.
• Maintain security during cleaning when facility is closed.
• Ensure staff safety and OSHA compliance.
• Cover shifts during breaks or absences and assist during high attendance.
