Qualifikationen

• Minimum of five (5) years custodial or maintainer experience.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
• Hands-on approach and strong technical aptitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Aufgaben

• Daily cleaning and maintenance of the Museum’s facilities and grounds.
• Assist with supervision of outside contractors, vendors, and service providers; coordinate work with Chief Engineer as needed.
• Flexible scheduling to accommodate special events and staff coverage.
• Special event set up and break down; oversee outside vendors for events.
• Snow Removal and routine facility inspections and maintenance tasks.
