Job summary

You will develop a membership stewardship plan, coordinate events, staff programs, and manage the membership database, while booking speakers, running rehearsals, and supporting operations with a focus on safety and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in art history, preservation, or a related field.
• M.F.A. in art history, preservation, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Create a membership stewardship plan and draft quarterly communications for MOA members.
• Coordinate membership recruitment events and manage renewals and new member applications.
• Build and maintain relationships with museum members and collaborate with SCAD staff on programs.
• Book and schedule speakers, lead run-throughs for programs, and manage community outreach events.
• Oversee the membership database and ensure accurate mailing lists.
