Oak View Group operates the food and beverage program at the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art. The Cafe Busser supports cafe operations, keeps dining areas clean, and assists service staff to ensure a welcoming guest experience in a museum setting.

The role is paid hourly at $20.00–$26.00, with part-time benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. Open until December 4, 2026, with availability for evenings, weekends, and events.

Formación

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, food service, or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently throughout service in the café.
• Assist Cafe Station Attendants by delivering food items, condiments, and other guest requests as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining rooms, café seating areas, service stations, and guest-facing spaces.
• Refill ice, glassware, silverware, napkins, condiments, and other supplies throughout shifts.
• Transport dishes, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing areas.
• Support both café and restaurant operations based on business needs and event schedules.
• Assist with opening and closing side work duties.
• Maintain clean floors, tables, chairs, and surrounding dining areas.
• Support café staff during busy service periods to ensure efficient operations.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with banquet and special event setup or breakdown when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors and management.
